Essentially contractors had to double the size of the house. How did they do that? They harnessed all of this emotional and financial energy and put it into the home to the tune of some $400,000, all donated. “All of the materials, the labor, expertise, the design, everything was donated,” said Tony Nigro of Suffolk Construction.
