We’ve started our year off with a bang! Our project, Currents on the Charles, has been featured in the Boston Herald as one of Boston’s hot new properties to rent. Currently under construction, this 200-unit project aims to create a living environment that meets the demands of today’s tenants, with state-of-the-art clubhouse and gym facilities. It seeks to connect two major pedestrian routes, and connects with the Charles River Reservation bike path a mile from downtown Waltham.
