This is a pretty exciting time in our office! We have had the good fortune to partner up with Elkus / Manfredi Architects to design a new 800-bed residential community for a partnership between American Campus Communities and Northeastern. The building will be privately operated, but leased to the students of Northeastern, and will mirror the standards of other Northeastern Resident Halls.

We have collaborated with multiple firms in the past, as well as had the opportunity to work with private student housing developers in Minneapolis, MN, Shippensburg, PA and Atlanta GA, and are greatly looking forward to being able to do the same right here in Massachusetts.
