Exciting news for Summit Office Park! It has received the CBA Suburban Office Deal of the Year! We extend our congratulations to EMD Millipore, Gutierrez Company, Cushman Wakefield and JLL. This 280,000-square-foot Class A build-to-suit lease at Burlington Summit represented the largest life science transaction in Burlington to date. The Gutierrez Company faced a number of challenges, including buying the building site from the state Department of Transportation and working with CUBE 3 Studio to design a modern facility that could accommodate both offices and life-science functions on a tight development budget.

We are thrilled to see this project evolve, and look forward to its completion in: Q2 2017
