13 Jul Modera Medford Construction Progress
Modera Medford is moving along with just over a year into construction. The large precast garage is mostly complete, the 600+ piles are complete and framing of the first “Tower” is up through the roof (about 25% of the building footprint). Steel and concrete are coming together in the clubhouse area and the rest of the building’s SOG (Slab on Grade) will be poured shortly. The windows and doors are going in on the first tower and the masonry is also starting to go up on the exterior skin. The first turn of the units is scheduled for mid-next year.
