Under Construction: The Reserve at Burlington

The Davis Companies‘ residential development, The Reserve at Burlington, broke ground in early fall of 2017 and construction has been well underway ever since. Once complete, The Reserve will include five-stories of wood-framed construction over a two-story parking garage, offering 270 rental units to the area. Residents will be able to enjoy amenities consisting of a clubhouse lounge, indoor/outdoor solarium space, fitness area, pet wash/play area, bicycle storage, and their choice of four, unique outdoor courtyards. While it sits within The Center at Corporate Drive office park, this project’s design maintains its own residential feel in a sleek, contemporary package. Utilizing innovative exterior materials and elegant interior finishes, the building caters to luxury living while still feeling like home. The Reserve at Burlington is conveniently located just a short distance from Boston among an abundance of local entertainment, restaurants, retail shops, and more, allowing residents easy access to all the community has to offer.
