We are excited to share the news that Elan Blumberg is joining CUBE 3 as Design Director. Elan comes to us from HOK in Hong Kong, where he was an Associate, and Stantec in Miami where he was an Associate Principal. As Design Director, Elan will continue to drive the design energy at CUBE 3, innovating, creating, and implementing best practices in our industry, and insuring that the work we do continues to meet the highest standards.

With over 17 years of experience, Elan’s work includes hospitality, healthcare, high-end private residential, multifamily residential, mixed use, master planning and industrial design. He has been involved in winning global competitions against some of the most elite architects in the world. His work can be seen across the globe in Hong Kong, China, Korea, NYC, California, and Florida.

Based in Miami, Elan will work across all CUBE 3 office locations, partnering with our employees to elevate our design work and all phases of our design process. Additionally he will lead a mentorship program designed to build and foster the next generation of designers for CUBE 3.
