About This Project

The Edge Student Village

Philadelphia, PA

Located a block from Temple University, the renovation of this 12-floor student oriented complex includes the repositioning all amenities, leasing and student areas. The new renovation also adds 15,000 square feet of exterior hardscape and with it, a new seating area and an exterior movie cinema. The new student village will include a bike store, a shared amenity space per floor that will be a mix of games, study lounges, gyms, and a communal kitchen for classes on the ground floor.  An Amazon locker area has been incorporated into the new design to allow for easily delivered packages for students that elect to live on the site.

The modern and classic design of the spaces allows the interior areas of the complex to feel trendy without going out of style a few years on as trends move on.
