Our team worked with Hitachi to create a fresh and new space with some unique feature walls and design, while still creating cohesiveness between other floors of the existing building. Since these particular spaces will be used by marketing, sales, and SETO, we designed the space to accommodate 99 workstations and a few collaborative areas that can later be turned into workstations as the company grows. As a global company, we strived to maintain a design that would speak to their established brand.
The reception space was an important area to the design because it was the space where clients would be entering the most. We created two feature walls in the reception area; one behind the reception desk and the other behind the reception seating area. A Hitachi “bright red” was incorporated throughout the reception along with different shades of gray to create a crisp and contemporary design. In addition, we chose a colorway for the main carpet that would help to brighten up the space. We created a fun feature wall along the main hallway leading to the café area. Together CUBE 3 Studio worked in collaboration with many other consultants to develop a successful project.
