Nicholas Middleton, RIBA,
Founding Senior Partner / CEO

Energetic entrepreneur with European design influence and American spirit.

With 30 years of international and domestic experience, our CEO’s design, management and business expertise are critical assets for CUBE 3. Tending to focus on client development and business management of the firm, Nik also oversees our more complex building, master plan and interior design projects, as he particularly enjoys their challenge. He has orchestrated the design and construction of numerous academic buildings, commercial office structures, corporate interiors, residential buildings and high-rise hotels, bringing them to completion on time and on budget — because he is on top of his game.
