This 220-room Dream Hotel and 174-room Unscripted Hotel will be flawlessly integrated into a large mixed-use development project with California-based Matteson Capital, LLC. Our plan is to maximize the site in a manner that will complement the surrounding building improvements as well as the existing OKC skyline. Scheduled to open for business in 2024, these luxury properties, adorned with seven restaurants and bars, and 150 private residences will keep this growing city energized.
