Welcome to Modera Natick Center of Natick, Massachusetts, our most recent completed Multifamily Residential Project. Combining modern amenities with a traditional design, our design team has created an attractive community for the residence of Natick to be proud of. As it stands, the project is comprised of town homes, three four-story buildings, and a standalone parking garage, all tied together by the central Clubhouse and green space. The project took advantage of the pedestrian friendly amenities in the local community and nearby downtown. See a few of the featured photos of the completed project below.
