Our newest student housing project in Boise ID has received design approval from the city! We are excited to be working again with Subtext on another great project in the region. This student housing project is located at a busy intersection leading into Boise State University. Behind the site, the elevation increases by 50’, giving the single homes that sit atop beautiful views of the downtown, and the mountains in the distance.
