We’re proud to be part of this announcement from Landmark Properties, Inc. We partnered with their team to work on The Standard at Philadelphia — an exciting property complete with 280 units adjacent to the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. This purpose-built community has floor plans that range from studio to six bedrooms and is overflowing with some of the best amenities in the area, including a fitness center, an elevated pool and hot tub deck, sauna, computer labs, a study lounge, a clubhouse, a grill station and gaming lounge. The complex will also have more than 3,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level.
