Keith Boyle, Associate AIA,
Principal/COO

An all-around talent with energy and enthusiasm to spare.

As Principal and Chief Operating Officer at CUBE 3, Keith leads firmwide operations while supporting its continued growth. He brings together business development, strategic planning, and team leadership to create a strong, sustainable foundation for the firm. With a design background that spans large-scale developments, repositioning efforts, and ground-up projects, Keith understands how to balance great design with effective operations. He also works closely with clients and leads the firm’s business development and marketing efforts, strengthening relationships and guiding thoughtful, strategic growth.

In addition to his project and client work, Keith plays a key role in shaping the firm’s national practice. He connects teams across Studios, improves internal systems, and helps maintain a clear, consistent structure so people have what they need to do their best work.

Almost since the moment he walked in the door in September 2006 (Keith was interviewed, hired and on the job within 3 business days!), Keith has been a dynamic force. Deeply involved in design, drafting and CAD while still in high school, Keith pursued his Bachelor’s of Architecture (plus an influential minor in History of Art & Architecture) at Roger Williams University, graduating in 2006. He also studied abroad at the Institute of Fine and Liberal Arts at Palazzo Rucellai in Florence, which allowed him to explore Italy and Europe extensively. Outside the office, Keith is a regular competitor in the NH State Amateur Golf Championship and carries a 4 handicap.
