At approximately 15 stories and 180 feet, 1469 Hancock Street will deliver around 200 residences, and restaurant and retail space, in a modern building designed by CUBE 3. The architecture will complement the downtown’s historic aesthetic while bringing something new to the area that will attract people who are looking to move to Quincy and close to Boston. The design of this building focuses on the quality and scale of the public spaces, starting and rising from the park and the sidewalk’s edges. The architecture will support and elevate the pedestrian experience while creating new engagement along Hancock Street. The building offers a total of 8,000 square feet of retail spaces across two ground floor spaces. This retail will further activate the streetscape and add to the flourishing, diverse restaurant scene as well as connect to the new 15,000 square foot public park along Hancock Street that the city is developing.
