Illini Tower Student Village

The University of Illinois – Champaign, IL

The project consists of a renovation of a 16 story off-campus student housing tower serving students of The University of Illinois, which includes a new glass amenity space containing a lobby and leasing center. The renovations include updates to the fitness center, dining area, gaming spaces, study areas, lounges as well as the units and corridors.
