About This Project

Crystal Mall Renovation

Waterford, CT

Aimed at softening the shopper experience, the renovation work featured new floor tiling, handrails, redesigned stairways and wider ramps. The three main entrances were renovated, landscaping was upgraded and new lighting was installed. Carpeting on the second level with areas where shoppers can rest and congregate was also added. A family bathroom was installed and the children’s play area was updated and relocated. The main exterior signage was also modernized. All indoor and outdoor lighting will be energy efficient and sustainable materials were used.
