This project comprises the new construction of two multifamily residential buildings containing a total of 330 units and amenity space, and a 7-story precast parking garage with retail and commercial space on the first floor. Amenities include: Leasing, Fitness, Game Room, Flex Work Lounge, and roof top amenities at both buildings. Precast parking garage includes retail, daycare, and community room at first floor. Originally built 70 years ago, the eight deteriorating Innes apartment buildings currently on the site will be demolished as part of this redevelopment to make way for the new 350,000 SF, state of the art community. In tandem with the housing redevelopment, the City is completing infrastructure improvements in the surrounding area.
