Hanover Stoneham is a newly completed multifamily community situated on a 5.4-acre site in the heart of Stoneham, Massachusetts—just minutes from Interstates 93 and 95 and fifteen minutes north of Boston. The long, gently sloping site transitions from a wooded brook along the north edge to elevated terrain to the south, where the design integrates thoughtful landscape and engineering solutions, including a flood storage system beneath the garage and a terraced retaining wall that blends function with visual appeal.
The five-story, 270-unit development features Type III wood-framed construction over a concrete slab, wrapping a precast parking structure to create a cohesive and efficient footprint. The exterior design draws residents and visitors in from Maple Street with a distinctive corner expression—an extruded framed band accented by rich color, brick masonry, and tile detailing that establishes a vibrant architectural identity. Inside, an enclosed private courtyard with a pool anchors the amenity spaces, offering a tranquil outdoor retreat connected to the clubroom and lounge. Additional amenities include a fitness center, media lounge, leasing and coworking spaces, and ground-floor residences with private patios and a dedicated dog run—creating a warm, connected living experience within Stoneham’s growing community.
