Hanover Toscana

Salem, NH

Hanover Toscana is a newly completed mixed-use residential community located within the vibrant Tuscan Village in Salem, New Hampshire. As part of the second phase of the 4-million-square-foot master-planned development, the project contributes to a dynamic blend of residential, retail, dining, and entertainment experiences that define this walkable destination.

The five-story building features 230 thoughtfully designed apartment homes set above a lively ground floor of retail and resident amenities. Residents enjoy landscaped private courtyards, a spacious club room, a fitness center, and a welcoming leasing lounge, all designed to foster connection and comfort. The exterior architecture combines stone, brick, and fiber cement paneling to create a refined yet approachable character, with large storefront openings that energize the pedestrian streetscape and a carefully modulated roofline that gives the building a distinctive rhythm within the Tuscan Village skyline.
