About This Project
M Lab™ Collaboration Center – Phase I & II
Burlington, MA
Approximately 70,000 GSF addition to Phase I brings the new total Summit Office to 350,000 SF of Class A Corporate Office Space. The addition builds on the typical structural bay spacing of Phase 1 at the upper floors (3-5), while incorporating a 2-story jog-out at the south-east corner to meet Tenant program requirements at the lower floors. The same façade elements are used to extend and complement the sleek contemporary image of Phase I.
Phase II completion date is planned for the second quarter of 2018.
