The Downs
Scarborough, ME
The Scarborough Downs project is a masterplan of the old horseracing track that closed its doors in November 2020 in Scarborough, ME, just south of Portland. CUBE 3 was brought on to work on the new masterplan for the downtown portion of the project which covers about 500 acres and includes residential, mixed use, grocery stores, commercial office, retail, community center, recreation center, and a pavilion structure dedicated to the old grandstand. The project will provide a vibrant new downtown center for all Scarborough, ME residents.
