About This Project

The Elliot at Hooksett

Hooksett, NH

This hybrid steel and wood facility was designed to ensure maximum flexibility for all building occupants. The project’s first phase involved the development of spaces for family medicine, pediatrics, radiology, the laboratory and rehabilitation services.

Due to the site’s steep incline, there was also an opportunity to build at grade access into both floor levels. This feature alleviates patient effort and allows close proximity to parking on all sides of the building, fulfilling the project’s aim to guarantee ease of movement.
