About This Project
The Elmwood
Shrewsbury, MA
Building E is a large mill building renovation on the Merrimack River that contains 272 units in Phase 1, 66 units in the Phase 2 Extension, and six floors of amenity space. Amenities include a coffee bar lounge, coworking space, game room, wine bar lounge, community kitchen and dining, and fitness center. The design of this project allowed for the exposed, original features of the space (high ceilings, wood beams and columns) to shine, while jewel tones and luxe details elevated the experience.
