The Legacy on N. Broad Street is in the vicinity of Temple University. Current plans call for 28 floors and 289 units. The building will contain retail and support spaces at ground floor level, parking and mechanical in the basement, and floors 2-28 of residential above. The residential amenity spaces are located on the ground floor level, second floor, and 11th floor. The 11th floor also contains a roof top deck and pool for resident use.
