The Levee
Biddeford, ME
Running parallel to the Saco River, The Levee forms a new kind of community landing in downtown Biddeford. Comprised of modern residential communities, boutique shops, and local dining, The Levee is located on a peninsula’s end and will offer sweeping river views and direct access to the RiverWalk and Pearl Street Park. Just as a levee is formed alongside a river, the properties that comprise The Levee will be thoughtfully curated to create a vibrant riverside destination within Biddeford’s historic mill district.
