TENN Student Living is a mixed use mid-rise with retail and apartments primarily for local students of the surrounding University of Tennessee campus. The project consists of eight-stories residential, including a seven-level parking garage (360 spaces), retail and amenities spaces. TENN Student Living provides critical student housing amenities to the local thriving campus.

TENN Student Living was the winner of IIDA of New England Design Awards 2019 Best in Student Housing category.
