About This Project

VESA – Boston Post Road

Marlborough, MA

VESA – 339 Boston Post Road in Marlborough, Massachusetts, embodies the brand’s vision of rugged outdoor living and quality experiences—offering residents a restorative escape inspired by nature. Set against the backdrop of mature woodlands and nearby walking trails, the 44-unit, three-story residential community is designed for those seeking balance, connection, and a slower rhythm of life away from the urban pace.

Our interior design concept, “A Walk in the Woods,” brings this vision to life through an earthy, textural palette that reflects the forest setting just beyond the property. Across 5,000 square feet of amenity space, the design incorporates a club lounge, work-from-home zone, fitness area, pet spa, leasing support, and a grab-and-go market developed with Impulsify. Custom millwork with vertical linear textures evokes the rhythm of tall trees, while a signature green “jewel box” ceiling grounds the communal areas, reminiscent of looking up through a canopy of leaves. Locally inspired artwork and bespoke wallcoverings featuring butterflies and moths native to the region deepen the connection to place. The result is a warm, inviting interior environment that captures the essence of forest serenity—where design and nature coexist in quiet harmony.
