The face of healthcare in the City of Manchester is forever changed by the decision of the CON Board approving Elliot’s River’s Edge project. A unanimous vote of the CON Board on Thursday, April 17, 2008, gave Elliot the ability to move forward with plans to construct a 236,000 square foot ambulatory care center. “The single most important aspect of the CON Board’s decision is that the people of New Hampshire will have the most advanced and accessible healthcare imaginable, “says Doug Dean, President and CEO.
