The Day Begins

Saturday May 7 marked our First Annual Cube 3 Studio Golf Tournament. It was a fun day filled with competition, long drives, and many lost balls, but most importantly, a time together as a team. The weather held off for each of the teams to complete their round of an intense Scramble tournament style golf.

The day started early with breakfast before our Tee Time for 8:00Am. Each of the teams took off to their designated holes to start. Given the “Scramble” format for the day, spirits were high and each of the teams had successful rounds of golf! We included a few competitions scattered throughout the course, to keep things interesting.

A few of the awards that were given out were for the following:

  • First Place Team (see below)
  • Closest to the Pin – Men’s: won by Chris Santoro
  • Longest Drive – Men’s: won by Mike Modoono
  • Longest Drive – Women’s: won by Angela Juliano

The teams ranged from total newbies to experienced “semi-pro” players. Check out some of the teams above!

Overall, we had a fun day out with our C3S Team! A special thanks to the Apple Hill Golf Club and their wonderful staff. Check out their great facility up in New Hampshire.

A special thanks to our C3S folks that had a hand in putting this tournament together. It was a great event and everyone can’t wait to tee it up next year. A special thanks to Steve Labatte for kicking this event off and getting the ball in motion!!
