The mixed-use project, currently in design with Taurus, Harvard Mills resides in Wakefield, MA and will consist of two existing mill buildings. The first component will be the renovation of the West mill to support existing corporate space in the complex.  The second component will be transforming the East Mill into residential units.  Amenity spaces are included in the designs that consist of a lobby lounge area, multiple co-working spaces, and a café. Once finished, Harvard Mills will be valued as a place with character, consisting of both simplicity and elegance.
