Breaking ground in State College, PA early this August is Landmark Properties‘ student housing development The Standard at State College. This new-construction development will serve as an off-campus living option for students attending Penn State University. The building will include 243 leasable units with a variety of studio, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom apartments and a total of 1007 beds. Other features include 46,869 SF of commercial, retail, and amenity spaces consisting of a clubhouse, lounge, office spaces, and an outdoor courtyard consisting of a pool / hot tub, and grilling area. Currently, The Standard at State College is projected to be completed by September 2020.
