We were so pleased to hear that the students at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA were able to head back to school and move into The Bixby, a student housing project that is coming to completion. By optimizing the buildable area we were able to create a unique, energetic environment for the students. Once completed—just a few more details to wrap up—the complex will have 656 beds and 179 leasable units throughout the development’s five-stories varying from studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom options. Some of the incredible amenities will include a clubhouse, lounge, game room, outdoor courtyard, heated saltwater pool, fitness center, and sky lounge.
