Congratulations to Chris Poles, James McDonnell, John Harding, Danielle Meri, Angela Juliano and the entire CUBE 3 Team for all of their hard work on The Verve at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, which acquired Certificate of Occupancy at the end of last week and students are moving in! The exterior of the building is still coming together, but is sure to be a show stopper at the corner of Easton and Hamilton, and kudos to our Interior Design team for all of their outstanding work as well. Just one block away from Rutgers University, this luxury development consists of 9 stories, 208 units/624 beds of student housing, plus 12,000 SF of amenity spaces on three levels including a clubhouse, fitness center, and courtyard for its residents. In addition The Verve boasts roughly 9,000 SF of ground floor retail space plus 3,200 SF lobby/leasing space.
