Construction Update: The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf

The city of Boston is incredible, but views of the city’s skyline are spectacular. Once the residences at 99 Sumner Street on the East Boston waterfront are completed, there will be 107 sophisticated residences with coveted access to views of downtown Boston, the Seaport District, and Charlestown. The luxury units in The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf bring an historic neighborhood and modern living experience together via this 7 level building (one being a parking garage) with units ranging from studios to three bed units. These thoughtfully appointed homes have expansive windows, spaces bathed in sunlight and built with attractive materials and impeccable finishes. The site will have a large courtyard space and the Boston Harbor Walk will cross the project site, integrated into the landscape architecture. Residents will enjoy amenities that include a gym, pet wash, golf simulator and modern, gracious, welcoming lounge space.
