??? We love green lights! Fort Lauderdale has approved the site plan for RIVR Lofts, a 29-story tower in the Tarpon River neighborhood just south of downtown Fort Lauderdale.

This $100 Million residential development project is currently planned as a 30-story building with 354 units and 58,000-sf land assemblage located on SW 3rd Ave between 4th and 5th St. These residential rental units will be a mix of studios, one and two bedroom units, and unique, modern amenities include a gym, yoga studio, game room, and a roof top pool with amazing views of Tarpon River and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
