Quite honestly, few things are more exciting and educational for new/future architects and designers as a site walk. While COVID regulations forced us to halt this tradition, we were so pleased to finally have our first post-pandemic site walk for new hires last week. The group toured Emblem 120, a multifamily / mixed-use project at 120 Commerce Way in Woburn MA slated to wrap up on the summer of 2022, which has many unique conditions including finishes going in on the upper floors of our phase 1A, and still framing being installed in our phase 3, so the group saw everything from bare studs to finishes. This 290 unit, 470,115 SF project has a precast garage, steel in the amenity area, and wood. We are glad to be fully out in the field again and continue to look forward to every site walk.
