The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s has been such a gift to everyone involved in this historic build and renovation. We’d like to take this opportunity to extend our congratulations to all of the teams involved in the project, for the recent news that this breathtaking residential community won the 2021 Gold Multi-Housing News Excellence Award for Best Adaptive Reuse. The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s was also the recipient of a Preservation Massachusetts 2021 Mayor Thomas M. Menino Legacy Award, the 2021 Boston Preservation Alliance Preservation Award, and a 2021 Student Housing Business Innovator Award. The awards honor historic preservation efforts and the positive impact these efforts have on the surrounding community.
