Broadstone 305, an Alliance Residential Company project, is a 547,000 GSF multifamily residential build in Waltham, MA, and we are proud to have broken ground with partners Allen & Major Associates, Inc. and Erland Construction. The 8-story high-rise will be complete with 314 units, 472 parking spaces, and a large interior courtyard, amenity courtyard and resort-style pool deck. Other compelling features include what will be a breathtaking 2-story lobby space, 2-story fitness center, work from home spaces, a hidden speakeasy, and a sky deck and lounge at the top floor.

The project, located on a challenging site that sits at the top of a 20’ hill, will offer residents views of the nearby Cambridge Reservoir as well as Boston’s skyline. Site work is well underway.
