Once again, we’ll have the pleasure of working with the Lupoli Companies on a recently approved project to transform Downtown Haverhill MA. Located just 35 miles north of Boston, Haverhill will enjoy the economic growth that will come from the mixed-use development: 420 units with tenant amenities, 51,000 SF of retail and commercial space, a large food hall adjacent to various outdoor public spaces, and an 840-space parking garage that will be open to the public 24 hours a day.
