We’re heading back to Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood with our newest project at 800 Morrissey Blvd., adjacent to the multifamily project already well underway at 780 Morrissey. Plans are for a six-story residential building, with a parking garage containing approximately 150 off-street parking spaces, plus structured bicycle storage for its residents. The striking building is proposed to contain approximately 233 units, with a mix of studio (109), 1-bedroom (92), 2-bedroom (25), and 3-bedroom units (7).
