We are excited to share new renderings for the Center City Creative project, in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL. The building, destined to be an iconic structure, will greet travelers from the main highway, along Broward boulevard and Andrews Ave, entering into the main central district of Fort Lauderdale. The façade of the building encompasses movement, strength and warmth, including the striking wood-like material that surrounds the parking area.

This 48-story tower will have 425 units and 425 parking spaces, and ground-floor retail of 8,000 sf within walking distance of the Brightline and downtown. Amenities include a rooftop pool, clubhouse, and sunset lounge, as well as a gym, game room, co-working space and dog run. Groundbreaking is planned for mid-2023.
