It’s exciting to announce that we have broken ground at The Annex of Pullman, a 339-bed student housing development in Pullman, Washington in Washington State. For our first project in the Northwest region of the US we are delighted to be partnering with The Annex Group and Eastmark Group. The community will comprise seven three-story buildings, providing one- to four-bedroom apartments as well an outdoor patio, fitness center and clubhouse, as well as study rooms and bicycle parking for its residents. The Annex of Pullman will be within walking distance of the Washington State University campus, a mile from Martin Stadium, and within a five-minute drive to commercial shopping and downtown Pullman.
