Groundbreaking is always something to celebrate. Thanks @TampaBayBusinessJournal for sharing the news that groundbreaking for the Arts and Entertainment Residences (AER) will take place on Thursday. This 31-story mixed-use tower situated in the northwest section of the downtown area will include 344 units, 13,688 sq ft of street-level retail space and 20,000 sq.ft of resort-inspired amenities including a pool, cabanas, hammock gardens, and yoga lounge.
