In honor of PRIDE month, CUBE 3 is celebrating our LGBTQIA+ colleagues through education. Our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team has been rolling out resources, introducing discourses, and fostering environments to influence conversations. How does identity intersect with the built environment? What are the meanings behind the Pride Flag colors? How do we design with LGBTQIA+ people in mind? These are the conversations at CUBE 3 today, this month, and beyond.
