The Fifth Beach Miami, designed by renowned master architect Alberto Campo Baeza, has receive unanimous design approval by City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board. This is Baeza’s first commercial building in the United States and our first time partnering with him on a project.

The 5-story Class A+ LEED Certified office building in Miami Beach, FL is located in the exclusive enclave of South of Fifth, at the corner of Michigan and Fifth Street, and is ideally situated at the entrance to Miami Beach from the MacArthur Causeway.
