Plans for a new 47-story mixed-use tower to be called 11 Andrews have been submitted to Fort Lauderdale’s Design Review Committee for review. As designers on the project, our team will work closely with Miami Beach-based Bachow Ventures LLC. Plans call for 450 units and 450 parking spaces, and ground-floor retail of 8,000 sf within walking distance of the Brightline rail station and downtown. Amenities include a rooftop pool, clubhouse, and sunset lounge, as well as a gym, game room, co-working space and dog run.
