CUBE 3 in the Merrimack Valley
Local Roots. National Reach.
CUBE 3, and many of our employees, have called Merrimack Valley home for over 23 years. Since 2002, when we opened our company headquarters in Lawrence, until our relocation to 56 High Street in North Andover in 2025, the roots of our nationally recognized architectural and design firm have run deep—close to home.
It’s been our pleasure to be involved in architecture and design projects in the communities of Amesbury, Andover, Billerica, Haverhill, Lawrence, and Lowell—including projects at Merrimack College, The Beck, UMass Lowell, the Preservation and Prism Award-winning Thorndike Exchange, and the Paul and Niki Tsongas Award-winning Riverwalk Lofts.
Equally important, it has also been our honor to support our community through programs and events that include Canstruction (with all cans donated to the Merrimack Valley Food Bank), Lazarus House, Habitat for Humanity, and our annual holiday giving tree for the North Andover Youth Center, plus local softball and kickball leagues.

In addition, playgrounds and active trails increase walkability and recreational uses for residents and community members alike and allow the community to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular vistas of the Merrimack River.
Amenities on the property include restaurants, package room, mailroom, pet wash, lounge, maker space, fitness room, sports lounge, sports bar, outdoor gaming space, two outdoor lounges, pool deck, clubroom, and library lounge.

UMASS Lowell East Campus
Lowell, MA
Future UMass Lowell students will find their East Campus academic, career and social experiences transformed by an innovative and active urban district. CUBE 3 is working on a masterplan to develop and connect five distinct parcels of land into a vibrant new spine running through the campus. The masterplan proposes a mix of residential, retail, and integrated lab space that will be the home to both on and off campus entities, creating an exciting innovation hub. These changes will result in a vibrant community that brings together corporate users, researchers, and students in a collection of maker spaces and a collaborative environment for all disciplines. It is highly flexible and blurs the lines between life, work, and study.
