CUBE 3 Studio is working with Cresa Boston to provide interior architecture & design services for L3 Technologies. L3 is one of the top ten international defense contractors with locations worldwide and is expanding their corporate footprint to a new location in Tewksbury, MA. This new Tewksbury location is a consolidation of the two local offices in Wilmington and Woburn which will become a global hub for showcasing their latest innovations and technologies. At 140,000 SF, their space will feature manufacturing facilities, laboratories, training facilities, and a production center in addition to expansive office space.
